Edilia Mendoza
Peasant leader, Defender of Human Rights and Agrarians, serves as national leader of the National Association of Peasant ANUC - UNITY AND RECONSTRUCTION. It linked since 1983 in the Farmers' Meeting of the three Sures in Pueblo Nuevo -Cesar. On several occasions he has represented this organization at national and international level.
