Alastair Lucas
Lawyer, member of the Bar of Alberta since 1968, was a member of the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia; He has also been director of the Canadian Institute of Resources Law. He has been a public policy consultant and environmental agencies such as the Resources Committee Canadian Arctic and the Environmental Law Center in Alberta, a member of the Association of Environmental Law of the West Coast in Vancouver. Currently Dean of the Faculty of Law of Calgary in Canada.

Adith Bonilla
Geographer engineer with over ten years experience in regional, community, organizational, environmental management and human rights processes with ethnic communities in the department of Chocó.
She has extensive experience as a consultant in plans of territorial planning for Afro-Colombian communities and municipalities, consulting plans ethno-development, preparation of plans and boundaries for applications for collective titling of community councils under Law 70 of 1993. it has more than 3 years in front of the direction of the territorial Chocó unit land restitution, which achieved the first sentence of land rights in the country and has established and documented more than 5 cases, among which include the emblematic case Community council Cocomopoca and more than 170 thousand hectares for restitution of land rights in the hands of judges and magistrates.
