These intensive courses will be oriented for professors specialized in topics related to different fields of linguistics.
Each course will have a maximum of 20 participants
If you are interested, you can enroll in the courses specifying the course of your interest on the application form. The participation in the courses will be certified.
The enrollment to participate in the courses will be open until there is full room. To carry out the enrollment, please go to application form.
Cost
The price of the enrollment of one course is $20 USD / $66.000 COL / $81 reales, according to calculations done in February 2016.) The price of the enrollment of two courses is $30 USD / $100.000 COL / $122 reales. The prices are fixed and will not change according to the exchange rate.
Scholarship
The organizing committee of the event has offered 20 scholarships for students of the organizing institutions: Linguistics Department of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia; Amazon branch, the Caro y Cuervo Institute and the Universidad Estatal de Amazonas; Tabatinga Campus.
To participate in the enrollment and selections of the grant holders, the students must send the following documents to the email account amazonicas_let@unal.edu.co (deadline April 15th, 2016):

A description of your professional trajectory (community, academic and research) in the linguistic field and share your interest in taking one or two of the four offered courses. The length of the text must not exceed 400 words.
The selection of the participants will be in charge of evaluation committee from the organizing institutions. The approval notification for the applicants will be published on April the 30th.
